Tips & Tricks

Apply Photonic Gel to the tip of vSculpt, or to the external genital area prior to insertion of the device and reapply as needed.
There are 3 Light Therapy Modes: beginner (6 minutes), intermediate (8 minutes), advanced (10 minutes).
We recommend a gradual introduction of the vSculpt therapy by increasing your treatment duration over two weeks.
Week 1: beginner treatment, 3 times weekly, with 1 day in between treatments.
Week 2: intermediate treatment, 3 times weekly, with 1 day in between treatments.
Week 3-8: advanced treatments, 3-4 times weekly, with 1 day between treatments.
Week 9+: advanced treatment, 1-2 times weekly, with a minimum of 1 treatment per week.
You can also use vSculpt for Kegel exercising by inserting it into the vagina, identifying the muscles you use to stop urinating, squeezing them for up to 10 seconds, then releasing for 10 seconds, and repeating 10-15 times per session.
